It’s a typical St. Louis summer. We are barely into June and it’s already into the 90s, with a heat index above 100. So to beat the heat, it’s time to fill the pool (and upgrade our slide, thanks to Craigslist). Our humble little pool is barely big enough for the kids but this year we have another family member who apparently loves the water. Ellie jumped right in and started splashing around with the best of them. I guess this means we don’t have to worry when we take her on float trips. She and the kids wore themselves slick playing in the pool all day. More photos available in my album.
It’s hard to be nostalgic when you can’t remember anything.
